Job Summary

To provide full PA, secretarial and administration support to the Head – Private Banking, India so as to ensure the smooth running of the office and delivery of a quality service to the benefit of the Bank and customers, both external and internal.

•    Diary management including arranging and booking internal and external meetings 
•    Organize travel including visas, flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants, internal and external meetings whilst abroad. 
•    Responsibility for SRM and liaise with IT service support, e-procurement and peoplewise processes including raising and approving requests 
•    Arrange / Organise for business meetings / Lunch or Dinner meetings as required by the team
•    To undertake effective meetings management, including scheduling of meetings, agenda preparation and supporting papers, timely circulation of follow up actions. 
•    Preparation of claims for re-imbursement for business expenses 
•    To organize workshops as and when required 
•    Assist the team in day-to-day business support (eg: review reports to comply with policy, review all invoices submitted and prepare for aurhorisation
•    Place orders for supplies and equipment required for the department
•    General office administration and ad-hoc duties.
