JOB SUMMARY
SME product P & L and B/s management covering business & income growth initiatives
• Strategizing & implementation of business growth enablers, distribution strategy, geographical expansion
• Responsible for process, policy, approvals with country and group stakeholders and end to end execution of monitoring.
• Tracking key product drivers and measurement metrics to drive product profitability
• Driving cross -sell initiatives to deepen wallet share in line with overall business strategy
• Driving digitisation to improve turnaround time, client experience.
• Initiatives to measure and drive ROTE improvement, cost improvement
• Closely tracking delinquencies of the portfolio and taking necessary corrective steps in collaboration with Policy and Risk
• Identification and execution of partnership/ co-orgination deals for portfolio growth
