Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Planning, scoping, continuing on project cadence focusing on DPDPA – Privacy program as per Project management standards of SCB.
•    Work and collaborate with SCSI, SCCL and GBS India colleagues
•    Chart out plans, periodic reviews, follow through on plan wrt progress with in-depth focus on risk and third-party mgmt.
•    Collaborate with Learning and Awareness team to chart out training module as well as working on contents aligned to DPDPA
•    Multiple language understanding and conversion to deliver 22 languages on consent and delivery – QA check for both system and process (a combination of T&O with privacy lens and closely work with CDO team)
•    BRD Creation for respective functions and deep dive to ensure completion at various stages till transition – Predominately with subsidiaries, maintain high standards of documentation
•    Ongoing consents to be updated and assessed for sanctity / work with SPoC and External firms . System changes coordination with relevant business verticals to shove in till BAU from program inception
•    Drive learning and awareness as well as adoption with business colleagues along with measures of success
•    Coordinate with CFCR and other business stakeholder through out the program till completion
•    Transition in a phased manner to respective business verticals / SPoC and compliance colleagues


Strategy

•    Assist the Senior Program Manager in devising strategy while collaborate with functions in SCN India and Subsidiaries in relevance to DPDPA program. 
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and compliance function to chart out the data breach reporting
•    Support in enabling seamless transition from program to Run with alignment of business verticals and functions

•    SCB India and subsidiaries (SCCL, SCSL, GBS India)

•    All processes in the scope with privacy relevance and data protection / aligned processes

Risk Management

•    An eye for detail
•    Proactive risk management
•    Good knowledge of tools and techniques in the bank as well as industry (M7)
