Job Summary
• To support the initiative of Capital Maerkets Products and Soultions (CMPS) towards furtherance of the Wealth Management strategies focusing on the SME segment.
• To support the unit in overall business development and drive the business strategy in attaining the financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
• To support SME clients for fulfilment of CMPS product requirements.
• To help Treasury Sales team develop a robust and loyal core CMPS customer base by building relationships with key decision-makers to grow business.
• To support SME segment in promoting cross-sell of CMPS products FX, Fixed Income and Wealth Lending by working with segmental product managers on announcing various campaigns, incentives structures, training support.
• To contribute and provide inputs in new product development tailor made for retail banking.
• Provide market and product updates and review and provide financial solutions to our clients over virtual calls/face to face engagements and presentations.
• Provide portfolio analysis and liaise with clients together with the relationship team on portfolio performance and seek opportunity to cross-sell and deepen wallet share.
• Be capable of addressing multi-asset class and different product requirements.
• Increase focus on New to Product and New to Investment for the SME segment.
• Responsible for driving the performance & productivity of SME Fixed Income and FX products.
