Job Summary
Work closely with Area Director on all branch related issues. Maintain a detailed report on branch and branch staff performance across zone. To be a central point of contact for all queries/communication from Area Director’s Office.
• Monitoring the performance of all branches in the zone across products by maintaining a robust MIS.
• Monthly review of the performance of the branch and branch staff by arriving at their scorecards
• Maintaining a robust MIS and tracking the performance of branch against their budgeted numbers across all products.
• Ensure that all branch staff attends the requisite training from time to time.
• Maintain important records for branch staff in the zone.
• Work closely with Area Director in terms of the target mapping exercise of the branches in the region.
• To liaise with various unit concerned in the process of new branch launch.
• To ensure that all reports are sent by the branches on time.
• To ensure branches are regularly reporting their KRIs/CORG/Zero Tolerance and High value reports on time.
• Ensuring that all returns are sent on time from the Area Director’s office so that the deadlines are adhered
• Making sure that all the notices, circulars are delivered to the branches from Area Director’s and the same is being adhered by all branches.
• To be one point of contact for any communication from/ to the Area Director’s Office
• To ensure that all-relevant MIS’s are prepared and submitted on time.
• Ensure the candidate is fully aware of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, Know Your Customer and Money laundering prevention. The Candidate must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer
Key Responsibilities
• Premises management in areas of merchandising, housekeeping as well as store management. Branch upkeep and maintenance
• Maintaining and managing AD’s calendar, claims, bookings of flights and hotels along with fixing appointments for meetings.
