In this exciting role within our Banks & Broker Dealer Macro Sales Team, you will be at the forefront of originating, executing, and structuring cross-asset market macro flow solutions for a distinguished clientele, including Banks, Broker Dealers, Agencies, Private Banks, Central Banks, PSDO, and Proprietary Trading Clients. Your expertise in Emerging Markets and G10 Fixed Income markets will be crucial in driving success.

Key Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture deep, strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Banks, Broker Dealers, Agencies, Private Banks, Central Banks, PSDO, and Proprietary Trading Firms.
- Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of FX, Options, Interest Rates, Commodities, Credit, and Money Markets products, adhering to the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Surpass sales targets and revenue goals through effective origination and sales of macro products.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients by assessing their needs and delivering tailored solutions across all macro flow markets and products.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Americas BBD segment to expand our client base.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the bank’s systems and services.
- Enhance client connectivity and penetration through strategic introductions and persuasive business cases for SCB products and services.
- Drive the strategic direction and performance of Global BBD Sales in collaboration with local and global Sales team partners.
- Keep clients well-informed of market conditions, pricing, and execution performance.
- Monitor and manage client trading limits to optimize utilization.
- Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Relationship, and Risk Management teams to provide optimal client risk solutions.
- Partner with internal trading desks, research teams, and Legal/Compliance departments to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
- Cross-sell related products in collaboration with other business areas such as Electronic Trading, Custody FX, and Transaction Bank (TBFX).

- Ensure efficient, appropriate, and compliant business processes through robust frameworks and operational infrastructures.

Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Expertise in fixed income, currencies, Rates, Derivatives, and commodities (FICC) markets.
- Deep understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on financial markets.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, including Derivatives, FX Options, Rates, bonds, and structured products.
- Ability to explain complex financial products and strategies to client.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
Qualifications
Licenses: FINRA SERIES 7, SERIES 63 & SIE (PREFERED)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience across Fixed Income Sales & Trading
- Bachelor’s degree

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 142,800 USD to 178,500 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
