Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Own the deployment, localisation, commercialisation and ongoing performance of digital channel capabilities across the assigned cluster, serving CIB, Financial Institutions and Financial Markets clients.
•    Translate local client, market and regulatory needs into channel roadmaps, requirements and delivery priorities across cash, trade, TBFX, lending, onboarding and servicing.
•    Drive digital adoption, strategic channel programmes and strong in-country governance while partnering across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology and central Digital Channels teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Channel Deployment and Service Continuity
•    Lead deployment and lifecycle support for S2B web and mobile, Client Onboarding Portal, Client Self Administration, S2B Access, SWIFT Channel BIC, APIs, S2B Pay, SC PrismFX, analytics, digital servicing, digital onboarding and approved third-party platforms.
•    Represent local market, client-customisation and regulatory requirements in the channel roadmap; create ADOs, epics, stories and business requirements, participate in grooming, review stories, sign off and complete user validation testing.
•    Coordinate pilots, deployment and change management, resolve capability escalations and deliver regulatory or data-sovereignty initiatives as required.
Commercialisation and Adoption
•    Commercialise and localise new functionality, train frontline and delivery teams, and drive digital campaigns, initiation, channel utilisation, penetration and dormancy reduction against agreed KPIs.
•    Support RFPs, client presentations, bespoke solutioning, client events and awards; maintain market-specific collateral, implementation guides, service guides, country supplements and case studies.
•    Partner with Sales, Product and central GTM teams on business cases, go-to-market content, competitive intelligence and opportunities to digitise the Bank’s products.
Strategic Projects, Governance and Risk
•    Own or support strategic initiatives with significant channel impact, including ISO, Universal Adaptor remediation, SCPay and Catalyst, and follow through agreed channel actions.
•    Lead country or cluster channel governance, including country addenda, product programme reviews, compliance with Group product programmes, audit remediation, risk closure and data-breach governance.
•    Ensure channel and AI solutions meet internal frameworks and applicable local regulations; identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
•    Operate as an individual contributor with no direct or indirect reports, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams.

Recruitment Assessments

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 125,000 USD to 185,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
