Job Summary
Responsible for efficiently and effectively completing administration management and providing team-assistant support to the Financing Solutions Managing Director in New York and the wider Global Banking and SPM team, with shared responsibility alongside another team assistant. The role delivers a consistently high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the efficient operation of the Financing Solutions and wider Global Banking and SPM teams by anticipating administrative requirements and maintaining high-quality service to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification of administrative processes and team coordination.
• Manage calendars and meetings for Managing Directors when required.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Global Banking and SPM team, including RoboAnalyst, My Trips, gifts and entertainment administration.
• Coordinate onboarding and transfers for new joiners and offboarding for leavers.
• Disseminate relevant policies, procedures and communications to the Global Banking and SPM plus Country COO teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Track completion of e-learning and block leave requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Global Sourcing and Technology to support the smooth operation of administrative processes.
• Vet and add new vendors to the vendor-management system.
• Process invoices and follow through to ensure timely payment.
• Book travel for Managing Directors and senior Global Banking and SPM colleagues through approved vendors in accordance with policy.
• Process expenses promptly and maintain appropriate expense records.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years' experience as a Team Assistant or Executive assistant
- Experienced in supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Experience with managing international multi-leg travel
- Action oriented and team player
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and expenses systems (SAP Concur ideally)

Recruitment Assessments
Expected annual base pay range for the role is 80,000 USD to 100,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
