TITLE: Lead - Product Design and Control
LOCATION: Newark, NJ
DUTIES: As part of a team effort, ensure the end-to-end testing of "upgrades/enhancements" of Standard Chartered Bank's payment systems, which are built, reconfigured, enhanced, or changed throughout the year to better serve clients, are done seamlessly. Ensure all risks and bugs are escalated accordingly for the vendor to fix before the final installation. Support the Operations units that manages these functions once the software "goes live". Governance and control over the rollout and troubleshoot any teething issues thereafter. Responsible for ensuring that the Cash Product (project) deliverables are met within the specified timeframe. Work with all business partners, such as Sales Relationship Managers, TB Management, Service Providers, FCC, and GBS Teams to develop seamless end-to-end service delivery. Support current business processes and workflow and maintain accurate records and files to ensure efficient and consistent reporting. Provide relevant subject matter expertise for payments and related systems/technologies/processes, supporting other internal units. Support the application by coordinating testing rules/reference list entries for tuning on Fircosoft. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Standard Chartered Bank policy.
REQTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Understanding of U.S. Dollar Clearing, its processes, and pay through systems; Understanding the business requirements of Money Transfer Systems, EBBS & TSSAS including the technical aspects including message flows, integrated systems and routing logics to validate defects and issues; Engaging with Product Stakeholder's by assisting in planning, executing, integrating, and communicating business objectives from an MTS, TSaaS, EBBS, CERS projects perspective; Reviewing and validating field level mappings for MTS downstream systems including TSaaS, AML systems (MANTAS) to ensure ISO payment messages fields data mapping are aligned with FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) requirements; Detailed understanding on clearing systems requirements (CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT and ISO 20022 message types) to perform all regulatory requirement testing and conduct dress rehearsal; Overseeing testing activities as part of project management and ensuring successful implementation of projects; Utilizing metrics to measure and improve test effectiveness ratios to measure the efficiency of test cases, to evaluate the testing effort for software changes in Money transfer system, TSaSS, EBBS and CERS applications; Designing and reviewing test strategies to ensure the testing scope are aligned with the BRD, Impact Analysis document for any software changes in software changes in Money transfer system, TSaSS, EBBS and CERS applications.

SALARY: $152,859 - $152,859/year. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
