Key Responsibilities
- 금융시장그룹 총괄 부행장의 PA로서 부행장 및 금융시장그룹 seniors 전반적인 Support 수행
- 스케줄 관리 및 중요 프로젝트 전달 업무 수행
- 중요 문서/회의 자료 준비, 작성, 정리 업무 수행
- 고객과의 미팅 주선 및 예약 업무 수행
- 부서 General Administrator로서의 각종 역할 수행
- Block leave 및 명령휴가 tracking & report
- Expense Report 작성
Skills and Experience
- 비서 업무 경험 보유자
- MS Office 자격증 소지자
Qualifications
- 커뮤니케이션 능력: 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며 부서별, 직원 간의 원활한 소통 능력
- 원만한 대인관계 / 팀웍을 이룰 수 있는 자
- 우수한 컴퓨터 능력 – MS Office(Excel, PowePoint, Word, etc)
- 다양한 업무를 적정한 시간내에 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 업무 해결 능력
- 새로운 환경 및 업무에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 적응 능력
- 정보보안정책에 의거 공/사적인 정보에 대한 기밀을 준수할 수 있는 자
