Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    You will become part of the product chapter and will work as Product Owner for Credit Analytics on CIB Credit Transformation programme; your primary area of focus will be the Credit Analytics workstream. Credit Transformation is a key strategic agenda for CIB to uplift the core credit platform, drive end-to-end digitization and deliver a fully digitized, data driven Credit Origination and Monitoring solutions, leveraging internal & external data, and Analytics capabilities.
•    We are a business-first team with diverse skillset across coverage, risk, product management and technology, who work with frontline and Credit SMEs to find Analytics driven solutions to business problems and are ably supported by BAs, engineers, DevOps and QA testers from our squads.
•    The Credit Analytics workstream is a big part of this agenda and works to leverage structured/un-structured data ingestion from multiple sources, data engineering and visual analytics to deliver products that drive better business outcomes. Some work includes providing credit users with insights and early credit risk alerts.
•    Upcoming work involves completely re-writing the Credit Analytics to leverage advance analytics techniques and providing insights using timely data, through clear, relevant, and easy to comprehend dashboard and reports - enabling early interventions, reduced defaults, improved efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy with automation. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Working with the product manager, BAs and SMEs, you will take new ideas from the pipeline, develop POC solution (where required) and then take them to production-ready solutions. You will have the ownership of Credit Analytics platform and be hands-on in ideating, developing, evaluating, and deploying Analytics solutions (by identifying users need, relevant data sources, data ingestion, data engineering, dashboarding deployment, documentation, monitoring) to a live serving env.
We are looking to hire senior candidate for this role to:
•    Ideate->Build->Implement->Evolve advance analytics products with relevant stakeholders, including Business, Product Manager, SMEs and Engineers. 
•    Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques (real-time/batch, structured/un-structured).
•    Lead advance analytics powered solutions that have business outcomes like reduced TAT, Credit process efficiencies, reduced LI for the bank through early warnings on portfolio credit health and better visibility of client profile by understanding their transactional flows and business patterns.
•    Work with UX team and product managers to convert analytics results to actionable insights and outcomes. Be able to suggest data presentation methods for meaningful and easy consumption by business users. 
•    Able to understand credit processes and suggest effective workflow changes where required based on the user requirement.
•    Identify alternate data sources (vendors and open source) with the product manager; work with other teams to onboard and integrate various data. 
•    Be able to experiments with data and able to identify and present meaningful insights
•    Develop and implement processes and solutions for technical and functional performance monitoring, user feedback-driven improvements.
•    Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions.

Skills and Experience

Data Analytics and visualization 
•    Scopes and shapes business problems into feasible and specific data analysis problem statements. Interprets data according to defined requirements to obtain business insights, and communicates data findings and insights through data storytelling to key stakeholders through dynamic visual display of data (i.e., visual illustrations, iconographies, graphs, charts)
Data Engineering
•    Able to identify the need and suggest correct methods for real-time/batch structured/unstructured data. Connect different data sources together, perform data cleansing and transformation and generate meaningful insights for the users.
Programming
•    Proficient and hands-on experience on SQL, Python and Dashboarding tools  
•    Able to create simple interactive dashboard/UI to present analytics output during POC phase 
Structure data Analysis
•    Applies systematic statistical and numerical analyses to interpret complex data sets to derive data-driven measurements and predictions of trends / risks
Unstructured data Analysis
•    Understanding of NLP, LLM capabilities and applicability in Banking domain
