We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced individual to join our Cross Asset Structured Solutions Sales team. The successful candidate is going to be pivotal in expanding our footprint across Continental Europe and deepening relationships with our Banks and Public Sector clients.
The role involves originating and delivering bespoke, non-flow, cross-asset financial markets solutions, including private credit, collaborating closely with key stake holders across structuring, trading, research, and coverage teams. Additional focus areas include financing, risk optimisation, and investment solutions across Structured Credit, Macro, Commodities, and Equity asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership:

- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with Continental European Banks, Broker Dealers, and Public Sector clients.

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients’ financial market needs, providing insights, market intelligence, and value-added solutions.

Cross-Asset Product Sales:

- Market and sell Financial Market products across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, Commodities, and Equity.

- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Structuring, Research, and Trading teams to deliver holistic solutions aligned with client objectives.

Origination & Revenue Growth:

- Identify and originate new client opportunities, driving revenue growth in line with annual P3 income and product mix targets.

- Lead client engagement for RWA optimisation to enhance product-level RoRWA.

Execution & Governance:

- Execute trades and orders in line with the Bank’s global policies on Order Handling, Best Execution, and Record Keeping.

- Monitor and manage client trading limits and ensure compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations.

Strategic Coverage & Collaboration:

- Maintain comprehensive client account plans to identify growth opportunities and execution strategies.

- Facilitate cross-border and cross-asset collaboration to maximise client service and franchise value.

- Support colleagues as seamless backup coverage and foster a team culture of mutual support and excellence.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure robust operational infrastructure and governance frameworks are in place to support efficient and compliant business processes.

- Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Risk, Legal, CCR) to enable smooth deal execution and client servicing.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record (7+ years) in Financial Markets Sales or related client-facing roles within a top-tier financial institution.
  • Deep product expertise across Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, Commodities, and Equity markets.
  • Strong understanding of derivative structuring, hedging strategies, and cross-asset solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing client engagement strategies that drive revenue and deepen relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of Continental European financial markets, regulatory environment, and key client segments.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven client outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) advantageous
  • Language Skills: English, (other European languages of advantage)
