Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced individual to join our Cross Asset Structured Solutions Sales team. The successful candidate is going to be pivotal in expanding our footprint across Continental Europe and deepening relationships with our Banks and Public Sector clients.
The role involves originating and delivering bespoke, non-flow, cross-asset financial markets solutions, including private credit, collaborating closely with key stake holders across structuring, trading, research, and coverage teams. Additional focus areas include financing, risk optimisation, and investment solutions across Structured Credit, Macro, Commodities, and Equity asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and execute innovative cross-asset transactions across financing, investment, and risk sharing themes.
- Develop and deepen strategic relationships with Continental European clients, delivering tailored and value-driven solutions.
- Drive business growth through private credit-linked and alternative distribution opportunities, leveraging experience in risk sharing and structured distribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Structuring, Trading, Research, and Relationship teams to deliver holistic client outcomes.
- Lead client engagement for RWA and capital optimisation, enhancing product-level RoRWA.
- Ensure robust governance and operational excellence, maintaining compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations.
- Represent the franchise regionally, contributing to business strategy, market presence, and thought leadership.
Skills and Qualifications

- Proven expertise in secured and structured financing with comprehensive cross-asset knowledge.
- Strong technical knowledge of balance sheet, funding, and capital optimisation concepts.
- Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills, with an ability to connect product strategy to client needs.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset — thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Continental European financial markets and regulatory landscapes.
- Multilingual proficiency, including English and other European languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish), is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate or professional qualifications (CFA, FRM) advantageous.
- 7+ years’ experience in financial markets sales, structured solutions, or related client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to originate
,and execute complex cross-asset transactions, with strong technical knowledge. - Strong track record in revenue generation, relationship management, and strategic business development.
