Job Summary
We are looking for a Director Financial Markets Corporate Sales, France Hub. This is a senior individual contributor role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building deep client relationships, unlocking new-to-bank opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Europe.
As a Director Financial Markets Corporate Sales, France Hub, you will originate, market, and execute Standard Chartered’s products with Corporate Clients. You will assist them with Financial Market risk management across assets and exposures, and support investment strategy needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and monitor risk and return metrics, strictly following group policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group and our clients operate.
- Contribute towards identifying opportunities for the desks across geographies and client segments.
- Contribute to the global franchise development reviewing flows and market movements across the various regions, construct trade ideas and communicate to the wider teams.
- Support the development of a productive working relationship with client’s decision makers through calls, visits and provision of relevant ideas.
- Diligent coverage of the daily flow business meeting all required standards and procedures.
- Assist the automation of product offering to clients.
- Deliver on assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on client-facing solutions.
- Proven track record of working with large corporate clients and sophisticated market participants on financial market risk management.
- Solid understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) principles and their application in a complex financial institution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Certifications AMF, FCA.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
