Key Responsibilities
- Support the local Head of HR with the overall HR book of work for France and Sweden and the effective execution of the people agenda in alignment with the overall HR and Organisational strategies.
- Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders within and outside of HR to ensure the delivery of the strategic agenda, ensuring project & overall governance, tracking progress & content, compliance with regulatory requirements, organization and communication.
- Support the local Head of HR SCB and the team to identify opportunity for continuous (process) improvement to enable increased team effectiveness.
- Contribute to strengthening our HR organization and ensuring the robustness of our processes, in order to support the business and ensure compliance with our governance & regulatory related requirements.
- Contribute to the full scope of the HR activity (including payroll and service delivery, Works Council relations, global projects and processe).
- Ensure high performance and consistent delivery through building effective working relationships with relevant HR & business stakeholders.
- Monitor and track progress of deliverables including key initiatives and projects that support the achievement of the strategic agenda, taking the lead on projects where appropriate.
- Ensure relevant flow of communication and information between the team and wider stakeholders.
- Construct a trustful relationship with local management team and employees to deliver the strategic outputs
- Prepare reports, presentations, papers and review material to support discussions and decision making.
- Provide knowledge in project management, change management and communications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the HR spectrum incl. French Labour Law
- Knowledge of Financial Services
- Understanding of Business Function, incl. key products and roles, operating model, and strategic agenda
- Advising, engaging, and delivering an HR agenda in line with Business and People Priorities
- Change Management, Project Management, Analysis, and Insight, as well as Organisational Effectiveness
- Understanding of HR products and implementation
- Knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and applicability
- Fluent French and English
