Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a safe, resilient, sustainable, and experience‑led workplace across France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and potentially additional locations.
Based in Paris, this role is accountable for approximately 2,500 m² of office space supporting ~150 colleagues, and for driving portfolio, workplace, and service outcomes aligned to the CRES 3.0 strategy—delivering portfolio transformation, operational excellence, and a premium colleague and client experience, while acting as a custodian of the Group’s brand, risk posture, and physical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Operations
- Accountable for the end‑to‑end CRES service delivery model across France, Luxembourg, and Belgium, including:
- Property and lease management, landlord relationships, and engagement with local regulatory authorities
- Delivery of safe, secure, and resilient workplaces, including facilities management, critical environments (e.g. trading floors), and physical security
- Continuous improvement of the target operating model, embedding a customer‑first, hospitality‑led workplace experience consistent with CRES 3.0
- Lead and deliver capital projects and office relocations, including design, fit‑out, and change execution, with project values exceeding USD 5m outside France
- Own and manage Supply Partner performance, ensuring strong commercial discipline, service quality, and delivery against agreed SLAs
- Act as Risk Control Owner for CRES‑related Physical Security and Health & Safety within country scope
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Develop and execute the Country CRES Corporate Plan, aligned to Group and CRES 3.0 priorities across:
- Workplace Experience & Hospitality
- Safety, Security & Resilience
- Efficiency & Cost Optimisation
- Sustainability & Responsible Operations
- Partner closely with country, cluster, geographic, and business leadership teams to shape and deliver effective real estate and workplace strategies
- Influence enterprise outcomes by translating business strategy into fit‑for‑purpose portfolio, space, and service solutions
- Own and manage an annual operating budget of ~USD 4m, optimising space utilisation, cost efficiency, and colleague experience
- Oversee the geographic operating model, including resource deployment, demand planning, and budget allocation
Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all critical function holders are appropriately trained, supervised, and capable, maintaining strong operational risk controls
- As Risk Control Owner for CRES and Security Management (including Health & Safety), ensure residual risks remain within the Group’s Operational Risk Framework (ORF)
- Embed a strong “see it, own it, solve it” risk culture across CRES activities and Supply Partners
- Represent CRES in relevant governance forums, risk committees, and regulatory engagements, ensuring compliance with Group standards and local regulations.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a closely related field
- Strong working knowledge of property management, leasing, facilities operations, and real estate markets
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end office fit‑out and relocation projects
- Solid understanding of local regulatory requirements, including Fire Code, Health & Safety, and building compliance
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and supplier performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively within a matrixed organisation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English (both mandatory).
