Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Participate in comprehensive induction sessions to gain a strong understanding of the bank’s structure, culture, and stakeholders.
- Acquire valuable hands-on experience through on-the-job assignments and training sessions.
- Build a strong internal network by collaborating with colleagues across the CIB business function and other divisions.
- Take part in meaningful community engagement and social impact initiatives.
Business Support
- Conduct client analysis and prepare relevant market or client statistics.
- Contribute to marketing activities and help develop client-focused materials.
- Support senior colleagues in managing client interactions, processes, and operations.
- Promote cross-asset and cross-border collaboration to enhance client service and returns.
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.
- Provide reliable backup support for team members during absences.
- Assist in the origination of BBD Non-Flow deals and liaise with FM Structuring & Trading teams to deliver tailored risk solutions.
- Help monitor client trading limit utilisation and coordinate approvals for potential excesses.
- Maintain updated account plans for Financial Markets products across assigned clients.
Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interest in global markets, client engagement, and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- High level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
Qualifications
Education Studies in the field of Financial Markets, Economics, etc.
Languages English is mandatory. Additional European languages are an advantage.
