Title: Manager, TB FI Sales

Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for commercialization of Cash, Trade & PrismFX products to Financial Institutions (FI) client segment (Origination, Inbound & Franchise) and to meet revenue growth targets assigned by LM, Regional and Global Transaction Banking (TB) FI Heads. To actively identify client needs across full set of SCB TB product capabilities, originate new business and grow the franchise by capitalising on the bank competitive attributes (network) and developing new relationships where required.
Responsible for delivering portfolio business plan and strategy to meet the Bank TB FI revenue growth targets and aspirations in short, medium and long term in collaboration with GAM, TB Products, SCB network partners and other stakeholders (FCC, Risk, Legal) and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for FI clients in South Europe, focusing on Cash, Trade, and PrismFX solutions.
- Identify client needs and originate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure sustainable portfolio expansion by enhancing client wallet share.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, business reviews, and tailored solutions.
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs), pricing reviews, and onboarding processes for FI clients.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across TB product lines.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Cross-Border Engagement rules, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) policies, and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to mitigate and manage risk effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Execution
- Work alongside Global Account Managers (GAMs), Product, Operations, Service Managers, and Senior Leadership to deliver best-in-class TB solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, and regulatory changes to enhance business positioning.
Skills and Qualifications

- Proven sales experience in Transaction Banking (TB), Cash, and Trade within the FI segment.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Expertise in cross-border payments, financial institutions, and PayTech solutions.
- Strategic sales planning and the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- University degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant TB sales experience in an international or regional environment.
- Experience in handling cross-border payments and deep knowledge of payment infrastructure and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with multi-cultural stakeholders.
