Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Centre Executive e to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential and existing customers through phone calls, with the goal of generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.
About Wealth and Retail Banking
Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing SG customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales admin, Quality Assurance team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a tele sales or similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
