Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS),involves the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support strategic decision-making processes

Key Responsibilities :

Daily / Weekly BAU

•    Generate and ensures on-time delivery of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
•    Distribute summary reports to management team
•    Providing overall and staff level report
•    Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

 

Reporting & Automation
•    Prepare KPIs Report
•    Prepare Departmental Report
•    Dashboard
•    Scorecard and Prepare Incentives Payments
•    Prepare monthly Group reports and decks
•    Automate the report using Macros to minimize the manual efforts
•    Maintain a database using MS Access to create an interactive dashboard

 

Trending & Analytics
•    Provide trending to drive call volume reduction.
•    Use data-driven analysis to identify and facilitate opportunities for process improvement
•    Identify gaps or errors from the trend analysis and suggest improvement plan to remove process waste and redundant process.
•    Analyse large pools of data to discover trends, patterns and correlations that will assist management in making informed business decisions – including identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and measure succe

Liaising with Other Units & Vendor

•  Involve in new system implementation and play role as reporting tester during UAT & system cutover

•    Liaise with vendors and stakeholders accordingly

 

 

 

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, delivery, and execution.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytic, problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level with MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and VBA Macro Knowledge
  • BI tool knowledge such as Micro Strategy or Tableau is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre KPI’s will be an added advantage.
  • General knowledge of banking products and highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal, communications skills and computer literate
  • MIS experienced preferred.
