Job Summary 
As a Standard Chartered Premium Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients who have the potential to upgrade to Priority status, drawn from our existing Personal and Premium client base. Through proactive outbound call activities, you will deliver exceptional customer service, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with operational risk management and regulatory requirements.

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs. 
 

 

Job Tasks:
•    Identify and upgrade potential Priority clients from existing Personal/Premium base of clients
•    Refer and up-sell and an array of financial and related products to existing SCB Priority customers through telemarketing distribution and initiative. (i.e. Wealth and Deposits)
•    Responsible in meeting individual quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•    Foster good relationship with customer and provide high level of quality service in managing customer’s inquiries and needs and feedback during sales solicitation.
•    Keep abreast of competitor’s activities and products.
•    Handle customer issues (if any) that may arise during sales call and provide workable resolution to avoid customer’s dissatisfaction or any disputes.
•    Carry out ad-hoc duty as directed by the management.

Job Requirements:
•    Candidate must possess at least a SPM (Passed)  
•    Experienced in banking tele sales environment, having an exposure in retail banking branch setting is an added advantage.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,able to present clearly and persuasively.
•    Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-motivation attitude and coupled with desire to succeed and strive for the best-in-class sales results.
•    Able to work under pressure and highly intense sales environment
