This role is responsible for overseeing investment portfolios, ensuring effective risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and performance monitoring while supporting the broader Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) strategy. The incumbent will drive Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) governance, provide portfolio oversight, and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure governance and risk compliance
- Monitor investment performance against established benchmarks and reporting requirements.
- Drive QPR management, reporting, and portfolio governance activities.
- Design and deliver new dashboards that support management insights.
- Support change delivery initiatives and maintain awareness of technology financial and risk management practices.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across WRB Change Delivery teams, Domain Leads, and Technology stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of QPR materials with high quality and minimal defects.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any related field.
• Candidate with more than 8 years of experience in Change/Transformation or Business Analysis role preferably in Banking/Financial Institution.
• Experience collaborating with technology project teams and representing business needs would be highly valued.
• Have a proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects and achieving results independently, on time and to budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
• Demonstrate understanding of Technology demand (Azure DevOps & Clarity) and backlog processes or procedures and an ability to learn quickly will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 application, PowerBI, Visio and SharePoint.
• A strategic and results-oriented professional with the ability to lead complex initiatives, facilitate stakeholder engagement, synthesise data-driven insights, and deliver innovative solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Maintains a flexible and adaptable approach in supporting organisational objectives, with a positive willingness to contribute to additional responsibilities where appropriate.
