Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving product and portfolio growth through designing effective product programs, driving digital sales and alignment with portfolio and product teams to drive growth in Wealth and Retail Business Banking. Key for this role will be to drive growth across retail products through the use of digital engagement and targeted portfolio campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Liaise with Product and Portfolio Managers to develop effective programmes that support the growth of Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB).
•    Drive cross-sell of other banking products through coordinated campaigns, appropriate Campaign Request Templates, call scripts, and frontline engagement.
•    Support Product Managers in growing End Net Receivables and Deposits by identifying opportunities and developing executable actions.
•    Support the development of an Affluent Proposition that strengthens our wealth solutions and reinforces our market leadership.
•    Liase with Card Product & Portfolio Managers to build robust spend programs leveraging on data, partnerships and strong propensity models.
•    Execute the Affluent strategy by spearheading Segment initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders across Client Relationship, Marketing, Compliance, and Risk.
•    Work closely with Product Managers to understand the competitive landscape and market share, and identify prospective partners who can address customer needs and accelerate growth.
•    Design relevant campaigns to support frontline performance, enable teams to meet and exceed targets, monitor and track campaign performance, and apply learnings to future campaigns while sharing best practices.
•    Liaise with Group and Regional teams on digital sales initiatives.
Business
•    Ensure appropriate targets are set for all digital marketing activities, and ensure that there are processes in place to track these processes (i.e., in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team) 
•    Work with Segment/Product, Voice & Virtual teams to provide insights on needs and behaviours of key customer deciles, to inform their strategies 
•    Support the development of segment offers/leaders, and implement integrated campaigns; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of campaigns across multiple digital channels and media 
•    Propose improvements to encourage higher levels of engagement from our audience and working on getting targeted product offers 
•    Identify, assess, and support partnership opportunities contributing to Affluent Banking business strategy – identification of business models, innovation opportunities, strategic alignment and go to market plans.
•    Close monitoring and analysis on competitor landscape and market share.

Processes
•    Work closely with product managers and client experience to deliver Straight Through Processing processes in support of driving excellence on our affluent experience.
•    Identify areas for process improvement and recommend ways to increase functional effectiveness and improved operational efficiencies.
•    Strategize with cross-functional teams on the design, execution, and measurement of partnership programs, campaigns, and events to drive partner-influenced opportunities and drive the growth of Affluent.
People & Talent
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.  Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Risk Management
•    Provide leadership around Risk Management, both reputational and operational to ensure they are proactively identified and mitigated in country and all issues are timely reported/escalated in line with Group and local policies and procedures.
•    Coach and manage the team in these matters and ensure they are adequately trained in and cognisant of regulatory, reputational, and ethical risks.
Governance
•    Compliance with external and internal regulations/policies on Operations, Credit, Reputational and People Risk.
•    The implementation of Risk Type Global policies across the Cluster, and as appropriate, the maintenance of Business Policy/ Country addendum.
•    Ensure that risk assurance processes are in place across the Cluster to provide evidence of proactive risk management of the Risk Type and compliance with policy.
•    Ensure that the Risk Type is properly represented at the relevant Business/ Country Risk Committees.
•    Ensure that Risk Management responsibilities and processes for the Risk Type are properly communicated across the Business/ Country to all staff impact.

Qualification

Qualification degree in related field in finance, banking, accounting, strategic management.
