Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the Business Banking portfolio by leading product strategy, portfolio management, risk-adjusted growth, customer acquisition, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and franchise development across LAP, BIL, GIL, and SME CASA businesses.  

Key Responsibilities

Growth
•    Deliver annual budgeted assets and liabilities growth.
•    Increase wallet share among existing customers.
•    Improve cross-sell between lending and CASA products.
Profitability
•    Improve risk-adjusted returns.
•    Optimize pricing, acquisition and servicing costs.
•    Increase fee and transaction income contribution.
Digital & Innovation
•    Launch digital onboarding and servicing journeys.
•    Leverage analytics and AI for portfolio management.
•    Enhance straight-through-processing (STP) capability.
Risk & Governance
•    Maintain strong underwriting and monitoring frameworks.
•    Ensure timely closure of audit and regulatory observations.
•    Strengthen early warning monitoring and portfolio analytics.

Key Responsibilities
•    Deliver portfolio growth across LAP, BIL, GIL and SME CASA while maintaining profitability.
•    Build strong SME CASA acquisition and engagement strategy. Increase primary banking relationships.
•    Drive secured and unsecured lending growth through product innovations and channel partnerships.
•    Maintain healthy portfolio quality through robust policy framework and monitoring.
•    Launch customer-centric and digitally enabled solutions. Improve customer journeys and turnaround times.
•    Deliver industry-leading customer experience and improve retention.
•    Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies and audit requirements.
•    Work with Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology, Sales and Compliance teams to drive business outcomes.
•    Develop sourcing ecosystems including DSAs, digital partnerships, anchor ecosystems and ecosystem banking propositions.
•    Build a high-performing product organization. Strengthen succession planning and capability building.
