We’re looking for a Product Manager – Wealth Solutions to help shape and deliver innovative investment products across Private and Priority Banking in Europe. This role sits at the heart of product strategy, working closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage wealth solutions that drive strong client outcomes and sustainable growth.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing the product offering, ensuring robust governance, and supporting the bank’s long-term wealth strategy—while navigating a dynamic regulatory landscape across Jersey, the UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the Wealth Solutions strategy across Priority and Private Banking 
  • Work with Global product teams to deliver new products locally, focusing on client need ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Product Governance including: Country Addendum maintenance for existing products and ensuring correct governance structure and approval around new product launches.
  • Maintain and enhance product documentation, processes, and client-facing materials
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to drive product adoption and client engagement
  • Deliver product training and sales enablement to frontline teams
  • Drive revenue growth through product optimisation, cross-selling, and improved client penetration
  • Onboard and monitor Funds for the Jersey Private Bank Booking Centre in line with regulatory and AML frameworks
  • Support change initiatives impacting products, including regulatory, operational, or system updates
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience

Skills and Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong product management and development capability within wealth or investments
  • Broad knowledge of wealth solutions, managed investments, and discretionary services
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD, FCA rules)
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on client outcomes and revenue growth

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Investment qualification (e.g. IMC or similar) preferred
  • Proven experience in wealth management, product management, or investment solutions
  • Familiarity with UK and Jersey regulatory environments (e.g. FCA, JFSC)
  • Strong understanding of AML, CDD, and financial crime requirements
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
