Job Description: 

Job Summary

•   We’re seeking a Cash Product Manager to join our Transaction Banking team in Singapore, focusing on Account Services products, Commercial Cards and Escrow and Account Bank Solutions. 
•   The role is to deliver a comprehensive suite of Cash Management products to our CIB clients, including Cash Accounts, Client Account Solutions, Sustainable Finance proposition, Commercial Cards, and Escrow and Account Bank Solutions. 
•    This role plays a key part in supporting Singapore and ASEAN Liabilities Management, with a strong emphasis on portfolio optimisation, pricing discipline, and performance monitoring, all while driving sustainable deposit growth and ensuring alignment with liquidity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Execute the liabilities product strategy in line with both local and regional balance sheet and funding objectives.
•    Drive deposit growth across multiple currencies and client segments, optimizing the portfolio mix for Singapore’s market.
•    Lead pricing management and support portfolio analysis, monitoring market trends and policy rate changes specific to Singapore.
•    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product innovation.
•    Manage and monitor product performance, ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, balance sheet and client satisfaction goals.
•    Provide forecasts, manage the pipeline, and resolve any revenue gaps to ensure growth targets are met.

Business
•    Partner closely with Group Product leads to articulate and implement key product initiatives.
•    Collaborate with Sales and Coverage teams to identify customer needs and develop compelling Account Services product, Commercial Cards as well as Escrow product value propositions across diverse CIB client segments.
•    Work jointly with Sales and Coverage to improve product offerings resulting in increased revenue and utilization, improve efficiency and reduce cost.
•    Work with group/regional product team to define product roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives.
•    Manage product updates, customization and rationalization based on client feedback, market demand and regulatory changes.
•    Partner with operations, technology and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and scalability of products.

Processes
•    Drive execution of portfolio enhancement initiatives, participating in system testing and reviews as needed.
•    Support commercialization efforts linked to balance sheet optimization and liquidity metrics.
•    Develop and maintain training materials and client-facing content tailored for the Singapore market.
•    Lead timely updates to internal platforms and sharepoint for local initiatives.

People & Talent
•    Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams in Singapore and across the region.
•    Develop strong domain expertise and continuously improve analytical, commercial, and product management skills.
•    Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with the Bank’s values

Risk Management
•    Support product governance throughout the lifecycle, including launches, withdrawals, and ongoing reviews.
•   Conduct regular product risk assessments and governance documentation updates, with a focus on products such as Account Services, Commercial Cards, Escrow and Account Bank solutions.

Governance
•    Monitor regulatory developments in Singapore and ensure compliance with internal liquidity policies.
•    Support audit and regulatory reviews as required.

Our Ideal Candidate

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
•    6 plus years of Cash product management related experience, with demonstrated ability to guide and manage end to end product management and commercialization in Singapore.
•  Hands on knowledge and experience in Account Services, or Commercial Cards, or Escrow product management, payments, transaction banking, digital commerce, and their operational, legal and compliance aspects.
•    Strong analytical, data interpretation skills and business acumen. 
•    Solid understanding of product governance, balance sheet metrics and regulatory frameworks.  
•    Good understanding of the eCommerce payments ecosystem, including gateway models, merchant journeys, transaction flows, settlement concepts, and operational processes.
•    Good understanding of cash management, experience working across multiple markets. Regulatory delivery across Cash products will be a plus.
•    Strong experience of working collaboratively and independently. 
•    Proficiency in Excel/ Tableau/ data tools; experience with reporting platforms. 
•    High attention to detail, structured thinking and ability to work across different functional teams. 
•    Strong business writing skills, communication and presentation skills
•    Organised and detail-oriented.
