The Project Manager, MIS & Telemetry for the Vantage Programme will be responsible for designing and delivering the measurement, reporting, and dashboard capabilities that enable effective oversight of the Bank’s evolving global business services model. As part of a strategic transformation initiative, this role will coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders to consolidate the existing metrics universe into a single central inventory, leverage this inventory to streamline production and consumption, and embed performance insights with actional recommendations into governance and decision-making forums, ultimately translating into decisions that leaders can act on. This role ensures that metrics, reporting standards, and management information are robust, consistent, and aligned to the Bank’s broader transformation and productivity agenda, while remaining closely integrated with stakeholders across the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Vantage Programme objectives into a clear metrics and MI roadmap aligned to the Bank’s productivity and simplification agenda.
- Responsible for driving MIS & Telemetry workstream delivery including defining how success, value, and performance will be measured.
- Ensure measurement frameworks remain aligned to evolving strategic priorities and transformation outcomes.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to design and implement target state telemetry and dashboard model for senior leadership.
- Apply strong project management disciplines to the MIS & Telemetry workstream, including structured planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and timely delivery of agreed outputs.
- Establish consistent definitions, calculation logics, and reporting standards for metrics reporting.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reporting cycles, and data flows that enable timely and reliable performance tracking.
- Identify, escalate and resolve issues that have the potential to hinder or delay the implementation of the required steps under the Programme.
- Ensure metrics, dashboards, and reporting outputs meet the Bank’s governance, risk, and control standards.
- Maintain clear ownership, change control, and auditability of metrics definitions and reporting methodologies.
- Represent the MIS & Telemetry workstream at all relevant programme and governance committees.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Transformation, strategic Programme leadership or Risk Management, ideally in a Bank or in Finance Services industry \
- Leading transformational initiatives in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Telemetry an advantage
- A proven track record of successfully leading delivery initiatives in technology, risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, data, or other related fields
- A track record of leading and motivating high-performing, successful teams
- Strong understanding of management information systems and telemetry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong ability to liaise with all parts of the Bank, including senior security, risk, and business stakeholders
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and to gain the respect of senior stakeholders and peers
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred. Professional certifications may have an advantage (e.g., PCI ISA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, CSM, CPO).
