Job Summary
Strategy
• Following up with delinquent customers.
• Educating the client on importance of timely EMI payment and resolving customer dispute.
• Vendor management and follow up with vendor and field executive for resolution of accounts.
• Adhere to internal COC and BCSBI standars while following for customers.
• Recovery of dues through legal / law enforcement action to optimize recovery.
Business
• Timely follow up with client and MIS update
• Maintain relations with internal departments and business team
Processes
• Maintenance and daily update of the field visit report.
• CACS updation of daily visit and progress
• Adhere to Collections Code of Conduct
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management
• Monitor account / portfolio behaviour and analyse the potential risk
• Regular hygiene check at vendor
• Data security and strict adherence of process
Governance
• Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business.
• Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention. He / she must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Serve as a Director of the Board
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
