Job Summary
This role will be responsible for delivering a seamless and differentiated client experience by proactively understanding customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions. The role will acknowledge and engage customers promptly, assist in resolving both liability and asset-related queries, and ensure that all banking needs are met professionally and efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in resolving their queries and concerns related to both liability and asset products, providing accurate and timely information.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, ensuring customer banking needs are identified, understood and fulfilled in a professional manner.
- Handle over-the-counter transactions efficiently, accurately and in line with bank policies and controls to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Take overall responsibility for Safe Deposit Locker operations, ensuring adherence to procedures, security standards and timely customer service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer appropriate products and services that meet customer needs, supporting cross-sell and deepening relationships.
- Educate customers on digital/alternate channels and self-service options to enhance convenience and improve overall service experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, internal policy and procedural requirements in day-to-day customer dealings and transactions.
- Escalate complex customer issues, operational risks or service gaps to relevant stakeholders and support their timely resolution.
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of branch operations (Clearing, Remittance , Cash Handling)
- Strong Knowledge of SBP regulations, AML / CFT / CDD ,KYC Requirements)
- Strong command on MIS preparation and to operate system. (Word Excel power point etc.)
- Ability of manage clients.
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work under pressure.
