Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role supports the end-to-end execution, governance, and oversight of Registered & Non-Financial (RNF) processes for Singapore. The role ensures full compliance with MAS regulatory requirements and internal policies, while maintaining robust controls, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness.

The role operates within a regulated environment, requiring strong attention to detail, sound risk awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, Compliance, and business functions

Key Responsibilities

 

Processes and Delivery

  • Execute end-to-end RNF processes, including maintenance and accuracy of RNF registers
  • Manage RNF applications and associated lifecycle activities in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support misconduct reporting processes and regulatory submissions to MAS
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all BAU deliverables within defined service levels

Risk and Control

  • Collate, validate, and submit regulatory reports in compliance with MAS guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to RNF policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
  • Maintain complete audit trails, documentation, and evidence for all activities
  • Identify and escalate process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses in a timely manner

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of MAS RNF regulatory requirements and frameworks
  • Experience in HR operations, regulatory reporting, or compliance environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data with high accuracy
  • Good understanding of governance, risk, and control principles

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, compliance, or regulatory environments supporting RNF processes
  • Proven experience operating within a highly regulated and control-driven environment
  • Demonstrates a strong governance mindset, with the ability to balance operational delivery and risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and able to navigate complex organisational structures
  • Aligned to the Bank’s values and committed to upholding high standards of ethics and conduct
