Job Summary
• Manage and grow a portfolio of priority banking clients by delivering personalised relationship management, financial needs assessment and service excellence.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through deepening, cross-sell and acquisition while ensuring fair outcomes, conduct discipline and adherence to risk and compliance standards.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, coordinating with product, service, operations and branch teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Growth
• Build, manage and deepen relationships with priority clients through regular engagement, needs-based conversations and high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver agreed business outcomes across deposits, investments, wealth, lending and other eligible banking solutions in line with client suitability and Bank standards.
• Identify opportunities for acquisition, portfolio activation and cross-sell while maintaining strong client retention and satisfaction.
• Work closely with product specialists, service teams, branch operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve client requirements promptly and effectively.
Risk, Conduct and Operational Discipline
• Ensure all client conversations, product recommendations and account activities are conducted in line with applicable policies, regulatory requirements and conduct standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, timely follow-ups and strong oversight of KYC, client due diligence, transaction monitoring and operational risk requirements.
• Escalate service, compliance, fraud, complaint or risk issues promptly and support timely resolution to protect clients and the Bank.

Qualifications
Key Experiences
• Experience in retail banking, priority banking, wealth relationship management or branch banking with direct client portfolio responsibility.
• Proven ability to acquire, deepen and retain client relationships while meeting sales, service, risk and compliance expectations.
• Working knowledge of deposits, investments, lending, digital banking and customer due diligence processes.
Certifications / Qualifications (only where mandatory)
• Graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Any market-mandated banking, investment, insurance or regulatory certifications must be completed before performing regulated activities, where applicable.
Languages
• English and local market language proficiency required for client engagement and documentation.
