JOB SUMMARY
Associate (Business Support and Administration)
Provide high quality executive assistance to senior management, enabling effective leadership, decision making, and smooth day to day operations. The role acts as a trusted gatekeeper, coordinator, and organiser, handling confidential matters with discretion while ensuring priorities, communications, and logistics are efficiently managed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Assistance
• Proactively manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare agendas, briefing packs, presentations, and follow up actions for meetings and business reviews.
• Maintain effective filing, document control, and record keeping for confidential materials.
Business & Administrative Support
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, townhalls, and events, including logistics and stakeholder alignment.
• Support expense (G\&E / T\&E) reviews, simple reporting, and administrative processes in line with policy.
• Liaise with internal functions (Business Management, HR, Finance, COO, Compliance) to resolve routine matters efficiently.
Communication & Coordination
• Draft, edit, and distribute management communications and updates.
• Support preparation of management reports and business materials by consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective information flow across teams and senior management.
Risk, Governance & Conduct
• Adhere to all Group policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support audit, compliance, and training follow ups where required.
• Demonstrate exemplary conduct in line with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in executive support role, preferably within a private bank, wealth management, or investment banking environment.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting C-suite or senior executive-level management.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
