Job Summary

The content manager will coordinate content planning, development, and delivery while ensuring adherence to corporate and brand standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management, content structuring, and quality control to ensure timely, consistent and high quality output for coverage teams.

Key Responsibilities

•    Prioritise key deliverables and align content output with agreed delivery timelines
•    Coordinate with business and content stakeholders to gather inputs and refine materials
•    Structure and maintain a repository of case studies, profiles, and research assets
•    Manage content on Seismic library, ensuring it is well-organised, relevant, and up to date
•    Upload, tag and maintain reusable templates and periodically revised content on Seismic
•    Ensure client-readiness of content by incorporating feedback and maintaining consistency

Qualifications

Masters In English, Journalism, Communications, Design, Marketing, Or A Related Field 

Skills and Experience

•    Prior experience (3 to 6 years, depending on role) in corporate/sector research, investment research, or client pitchbook creation
•    Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with a proven ability to create client-ready outputs
•    Experience with Seismic or other content management platforms is a plus
•    Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
•    Strong written and verbal communication; Attention to detail; capable of working with senior stakeholders across geographies.
•    Excellent documentation skills and high level of ownership on deliverables.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive results
