Job Summary
The Lead, Campaign Hub Governance is responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously strengthening the governance architecture of the Digital Campaign Management Hub across multi-market operations (SG, HK, TW, CN, IN, AE, MY). The role ensures that all campaigns — creative, segmentation, journey orchestration, personalisation, and cross-border — adhere to regulatory, operational, data privacy, suitability, and AI-governance standards. This is the Hub’s central governance authority, ensuring campaigns are compliant by design, auditable, and market-ready while enabling accelerated digital sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end Campaign Hub Governance Framework across creative, content, suitability, targeting, data usage, workflows, expiry, and approvals.
• Implement mandatory Country Engagement Rules (CER) review and approval gates in Workfront for all multi-market campaigns.
• Manage Growth vs non-growth jurisdictions, restricted country targeting, cross-border exceptions, and Special Approvals.
• Govern suitability rules and decisioning logic (e.g., Target Exclusion Rules) for regulated products and eligible segments.
• Enforce Firefly Governance Protocol: IP protection, safe model usage, human-in-the-loop approvals, and hallucination checks for financial copy.
• Maintain DAM taxonomy, metadata, versioning, expiry, and creative QA; serve as governance quality gate for Creative Hub outputs.
• Define governance rules across AEM (approvals, expiry, publishing), Target (personalisation, suitability), CDP (audience governance), ACM (DNC/Unsubscribe, auditability).
• Lead governance KPI reporting: tagging accuracy, SLA adherence, content expiry compliance, suitability breach rate, cross-border exceptions.
• Investigate governance issues and drive root-cause remediation for mis-targeting, expired content, or incorrect disclaimers.
• Train markets and internal teams; act as escalation point for campaign-related compliance queries and cross-border interpretations.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Risk, Compliance, Digital Business, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in digital governance - AI Governance, campaign operations, compliance, risk, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Group Cross Border Policy, Country Engagement Rules (CERs), and multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints.
• Strong documentation, risk assessment, and audit preparedness skills.
• Ability to work across markets and interpret market-specific regulatory requirements.
