Job Summary
• Support the Treasury Data & Analytics team by digitising Treasury and Finance processes through rapid development, automation, application enhancement and production support.
• Contribute to TD&A’s strategic data analytics journey across Treasury, Finance, CPM, FP&A and wider business functions, including the Strategic FinSight and BSA architecture roadmap.
• Design and deliver simplified, intuitive custom UI-based solutions on the SAP BTP ecosystem, translating business problems into secure, controlled and reusable digital capabilities.
• Develop and maintain full stack solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, modern front-end technologies, SAP BTP and backend platforms to improve MI, insights, controls and operational efficiency.
• Work directly with business stakeholders in an agile manner, moving ideas from analysis and prototype through to delivery while balancing BAU support, DevOps and tactical project responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Full stack development, automation and production support
• Build, enhance and maintain full stack applications that digitise Treasury and Finance processes across areas such as Tax, Performance Management, Regulatory and Financial Controls, Balance Sheet Management, Liquidity and Capital Reporting.
• Manage development, DevOps, application support and infrastructure responsibilities so that RAD platforms remain stable, secure, available and performant.
• Design pixel-aligned user interfaces, highly available backend services, data workflows, MI and reporting capabilities using SQL Server, front-end frameworks, .NET, Python and related technologies.
• Work with design, frontend engineers, business stakeholders and product management to deliver new features, improve existing capabilities and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement security best practices, version control, cross-platform optimisation, testing, debugging and documentation to support robust delivery and maintainability.
• Strengthen governance, reconciliation, data quality, audit trail and control processes to ensure complete and accurate reporting across supported solutions.
• Act as an individual contributor, collaborating across multiple teams and locations with Treasury, Finance, business functions, risk partners and technology stakeholders.

• Analytics and platforms: SSAS, Excel/Access VBA, Python MI, SAP BTP/HANA/DSP, SAC, NoSQL/MongoDB and cloud/SaaS awareness.
• Data visualisation and MI delivery: Dashboarding, MI design, insight presentation, reporting usability and business-facing data storytelling.
• Agile product delivery and business analysis: Requirement discovery, backlog shaping, prototyping, prioritisation and iterative delivery with business stakeholders.
• Controls and secure engineering: Deployment automation, release governance, monitoring, web security, secure coding, reconciliation, audit trails, testing and incident management.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Communication, requirements analysis, business partnering, documentation, cross-location teamwork, problem solving and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical solution development, preferably within Treasury, Finance, MI, reporting, regulatory, liquidity, capital or balance sheet management environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, full stack application delivery, frontend frameworks, backend services, DevOps practices, production support and application security.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, build prototypes, deliver enhancements and support BAU operations.
• Relevant technical qualifications or practical experience in software engineering, database development, analytics, DevOps, web security, automation testing or cloud/data platforms are preferred.
• English: strong written and verbal communication skills required to explain technical details, risks and delivery challenges to business users and stakeholders.
