Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Support the translation of business/function strategy into clear plans, MI and timelines.
• Prepare inputs for annual and periodic business planning (e.g. data, analysis, slide decks).
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and MI to monitor performance against strategic, financial and operational targets.
• Conduct basic analysis to identify trends, issues and opportunities, and prepare summary insights for senior management.
Business
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking for the business/function.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Support headcount and resource tracking (joins, moves, leavers, open roles), and maintain accurate records.
Processes
• Proactive identification of process optimisation opportunities – incl. adoption of AI, cross-GRS capabilities / addt. Managed service opportunities, process rationalisation (specifically activities to ‘stop’) and continuous improvement etc. incl. firm-wide initiatives
People & Talent
• Collaboration and co-operation are hallmarks of success as the jobholder often needs to bring together multiple internal parties and find innovative solutions to complex Global requirements
• Coordinate with various teams and respond to multiple requirements with guidelines and procedures
• Support the Business Management Lead and leadership team with people-related processes (e.g. headcount reports, organisation charts, performance timelines, training trackers).
Risk Management
• Support leadership team to prepare materials for governance meetings as required including quality presentations
• Ensure that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved via the defined escalation process is in place
• Support change management and deployment governance through the appropriate forums and governance
• Ensure all documents are audit ready at all times
• Maintain Project Document repositories and operational procedures for the processes and activities performed by the team
• Research and document current state practices around SLAs and drive innovation
Track remediation actions, incidents and audit points; follow up with owners to ensure timely closure

Success Factors
• Delivering all deliverables/ outcomes within the timelines with no escalations for any delays and inaccurate output.
• Acknowledgement (via Feedback 365) from key stakeholders from Group and GBS.

Skills and Experience
• Around 8-10 years exp with recent experience of MI reporting
• Ability to interpret reporting policies, standards, and data governance requirements. Familiarity with internal management reports, MI packs, and board-level reporting
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills since
• Basic understanding of risk data (e.g. credit, market, liquidity, operational risk metrics).Ability to link business activities to reported metric
