Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our innovative team focused on financial crime prevention and cyber investigations. This key role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that support complex workflows such as investigation management, case handling, alert triage, and automation of operational processes. Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Play a critical role in shaping and executing the FinCrime & Cyber technology roadmap by building full stack solutions aligned with the bank's strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Investigate and pilot emerging technologies such as Generative AI, vector databases, and AI-driven digital assistants to drive automation and optimize investigative processes.
Business Collaboration & Solution Design
- Work directly with analysts, investigators, and risk management teams to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions that enhance fraud detection and case handling.
- Develop, test, and deploy features that improve operational workflows, streamline alert triage, and enable rapid case resolution with measurable reductions in investigation time.
- Ensure that developed applications contribute to strengthening operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Development & Operational Excellence
- Design and implement full stack applications using technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL to create user-friendly and performant solutions.
- Build robust APIs and backend services to integrate with existing case management platforms and investigative toolsets.
- Support data engineering initiatives employing Python, Airflow, and Databricks for ETL workflows where applicable.
- Develop AI Agentic applications leveraging frameworks such as Google ADK, Langgraph, and Langchain to embed intelligent capabilities.
- Deploy and manage applications using containerization with Docker or Podman, orchestrated by Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.
- Apply DevSecOps methodologies encompassing secure coding practices, comprehensive automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines to uphold the highest quality and security standards.
People & Talent
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical mentorship and knowledge sharing where needed.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the FinCrime & Cyber team.
Risk Management
- Build applications that adhere to cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in software design, deployment, and integration.
- Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and audit trails are embedded in applications.
Governance
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design approvals to ensure compliance with technology standards.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and consistent coding practices aligned with enterprise policies.

Skills and Experience
Frontend Development:
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, with experience using Next.js or similar modern front-end frameworks to build responsive, user-centric interfaces.
Backend Development:
Strong skills in Node.js, including API development, authentication mechanisms, and system integrations to deliver scalable backend services.
Database Management:
Expertise with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, and Oracle, with a solid grounding in designing efficient schemas and writing optimized queries.
Data Engineering:
Familiarity with Python, Airflow, Databricks, and ETL pipeline development to support data processing and analytics workflows is desirable.
AI and Machine Learning:
Experience in building LLM-driven applications and leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK to create intelligent agentic applications.
DevOps and Deployment:
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for robust deployment and scaling.
DevSecOps Practices:
Commitment to secure coding standards, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure resilient and maintainable software.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrable AI engineering capabilities and familiarity with contemporary AI tools for innovative solution design.
- Proficiency in full-stack Python development and Java full-stack development is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail and an understanding of security considerations in financial technology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
