• Manage the entire Contract & Catalogue Administrative requirement on the SCM COE space.
• Manage stakeholder queries & provide on-time resolution.
• Drive continuous process improvements & Automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Ensure that Business meets all Contract & Catalogue Administration related support in SCM COE.
Business
• Ensure to meet the SCM Operational target set for the FY2025.
• Adhere SCM Procurement Policies & Standards
• Ensure all customer queries are addressed within the agreed SLA timeline.
• Focus on improving stakeholder experience and satisfaction
Processes
• GOI contract ID creation in PSAP system
• ER – Risk group approvals
• Contract Administration activities in PSAP & SCBUY system
• Catalogue Administration activities in ePro system (Creation, Modification & Inactivation)
• Service Now queries.
• Drive Process Improvements (Special Projects & Data Quality Initiatives)
People & Talent
• Good understanding & experience of Contract Administration process
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Problem solving ability.
• Stakeholder Management
Risk Management
• Ensure to align with Risk & Compliance team and follow the procedures defined as per TPRM standards.
• Ensure zero escalations & audit failures.
