Senior Credit Manager (“SCM”)는 기업금융여신심사부 Chief Credit Officer (“CCO”)을 Line-Manager로 하여 금융기업 여신전반에 대한 credit risk 심사 및 승인 업무를 담당합니다.

  • SCM는 금융기업 고객에게 제공하는 모든 여신에 대한 일차적인 검토를 진행하게 되며 부여된 전결권에 따라 해당 BCA에 대한 심사 및 승인, 그리고 상위 승인권자에게 여신 승인 신청 업무를 수행함. 
  • Daily로 포트폴리오 및 개별 여신에 대한 모니터링/ Stress Test를 포함한 제반 credit governance 및 관리 업무를 수행함.

Key Responsibilities

  • 금융기업 고객의 신용등급 산정, Credit Risk 분석 및 검토를 통한 여신 (BCA) 심사 및 승인, 그리고 BCA 승인 업무 전반 관리
  • 자산건전성 유지 목적의 고객 신용 리스크 모니터링, 개별 여신 및 산업, 포트폴리오에 대한 Risk 관리
  • CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) 여신 정책 및 규정 관련 제반 업무 서포트
  • Risk Governance 및 Portfolio 관련 분석 서포트
  • 국내외 규제 당국, Group, 그리고 국내 Management에 대한 Reporting 업무 및 유관 부서와의 업무

Qualifications

  • 학사이상 졸업 
  • Group 규정 및 준칙의 검토, Group Reporting 등 원활한 업무 수행을 위한 국제적 환경하에서의 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 기업 회계, Credit 및 리스크 분야 관련 업무 지식 및 업무 경력
  • 시장 정보 수집 및 분석 능력
  • 금융기업 상품 및 다양한 구조에 관한 경험 및 지식 소유
  • 정량적, 통계적 모델링 스킬 보유
  • FICC certified. Preferred CCC certification

Skills and Experience

  • CIB 내 FI Business 및 Credit Analyst 근무 경험
  • 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 능력 (Fluent English in both writing and speaking)
