2. 소매금융 수익 창출을 위한 분석 및 컨설팅
3. 포트폴리오 관리 및 성장을 위한 타겟마케팅(Target Marketing) 설계 및 성과 분석
4. 데이터 과학을 기반으로 AI/머신러닝(ML: Machine Learning) 프로젝트를 수행하여 "Data-driven" 의사 결정지원
5. 분석 및 타겟마케팅, AI/머신러닝 프로젝트 수행을 위한 데이터 환경 구축과 운영

Skills and Experience

1. SQL , Python , SAS 등 데이터 분석도구 활용 경험
2. CRM, 고객분석, 마케팅 분석 또는 데이터 분석 업무 경험
3. 데이터 모델링 및 인사이트 도출 경험
4. 데이터 시각화 도구 활용 경험
5. 소매금융 관련 업무 경험
6. 생성형  AI 및 분석도구 활용경험 (우대)

Qualifications

1. 데이터기반의 사고와 문제 해결 역량 보유자
2. 소매금융 및 고객 비즈니스에 대한 경험 및 관심 보유자
3. 새로운 분석 기술과 AI/머신러닝(ML: Machine Learning) 기법을 적극적으로 학습하고 활용 가능한 자 
4. 프로젝트 수행을 위한 데이터 환경 구축과 운영에 대한 이해
5. 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 주도적 업무 추진 역량
