About the Role
수탁업무부는 국내외 집합투자기구 및 기관투자자를 대상으로 펀드 수탁(Trustee), 펀드회계(Fund Accounting), 펀드 컴플라이언스(Fund Compliance Monitoring), 커스터디(Custody) 및 증권결제 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
본 포지션은 사업 성장에 따른 운영 역량 확대 및 전문 인력 확보를 위해 채용하는 포지션으로, 지원자의 경력 및 역량을 고려하여 수탁업무부 내 적합한 업무 영역에 배치될 예정입니다.
업무 영역은 다음을 포함합니다.
• 집합투자기구 증권 및 자금결제(Settlement)
• 펀드회계(Fund Accounting)
• 펀드 컴플라이언스(Fund Compliance Monitoring)
• 커스터디 (Custody)

Key Responsibilities
• 집합투자기구 및 기관투자자 대상 수탁 업무 수행
• 펀드 관련 법규 및 신탁계약에 따른 수탁 업무 지원
• 펀드회계 및 기준가격 산출 검증 업무 수행
• 투자한도 및 규제 준수 여부 모니터링
• 커스터디 및 계좌관리 업무 수행
• 국내외 증권 및 자금결제 업무 수행
• 금융감독원, 한국예탁결제원(KSD), 자산운용사, 증권사 및 기타 유관기관과의 업무 협업
• 운영 리스크 관리 및 내부통제 활동 수행
• 업무 프로세스 개선 및 자동화 과제 참여
• 국내외 이해관계자와 협업하여 안정적인 서비스 제공
Qualifications
• 학사 학위 이상 소지자
• 금융권 경력 3년~10년 내외 보유자
• 수탁업무, 펀드회계, 펀드컴플라이언스, 커스터디, 증권결제 또는 유관 업무 경험 보유자
• 영어를 활용한 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 정확성과 책임감을 바탕으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 자
• 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 자
• 변화에 유연하게 대응하며 새로운 업무를 학습하고 성장하고자 하는 자
Skills and Experience
• 수탁은행(Trustee/Custody Bank) 근무 경험
• 펀드 수탁, 펀드회계 또는 펀드 컴플라이언스 관련 업무 경험
• 자산운용사, 사무관리회사, 증권사 또는 글로벌 금융기관 근무 경험
• 자본시장법 및 집합투자기구 관련 규제에 대한 이해
• 업무 프로세스 개선 및 자동화 경험
• Excel 고급 활용 능력(VBA, Power Query 등)
• AI 기반 업무 생산성 도구 활용 경험
• 국내외 자본시장 및 금융상품에 대한 높은 이해도
• 투자자산운용사, CFA, FRM 등 금융 관련 자격 보유자 우대
