Key Responsibilities

• 외국인 기관 투자자의 국내 증권 거래 결제, 대차, 권리관리 업무를 수행하면서 고객 계좌의 잔고를 확인하고, 당일 증권거래를 위해 소요되는 모든 입/지급 내역을 파악하여 고객 계좌의 잔고를 추정 및 보고합니다. 
• 고객 계좌의 자금 부족이 예상되는 경우, 관련 부서와 환전을 통한 자금 확보를 수행하며, 불일치 내역이 발생 시 이를 확인하여 보완 및 수정 후 결제를 수행합니다. 
• 업무 처리를 위해 외국인 기관 투자자는 물론, 국내 증권사 및 증권 결제 유관기관인 한국예탁결제원 등과 긴밀하고 지속적으로 커뮤니케이션합니다. 
• 외국인 기관투자자 고객 앞 약속된 보고서를 기한 내 발송하며, 업무와 관련된 고객의 질의에 직접 실시간 응대합니다.
• 국내 증권 결제 업무에 수반되는 자금 이체 업무를 수행합니다. 
• 환매조건부 채권매매(REPO) 및 장외파생담보(개시 및 변동증거금) 업무를 처리합니다.
• 외국인 기관투자자의 포지션에서 발생한 배당, 이자, 단주, 청약 등의 권리관리 업무 및 관련 금액의 처리를 담당합니다. 

Qualifications

• 비거주 외국인 기관투자자와의 증권 결제 관련 업무 관련 이메일 커뮤니케이션과 실시간 전화응대가 정확하게 가능한 영어 의사 소통 능력을 보유하신 분
• Financial markets 상품에 대한 기본 지식을 가진 자 또는 상당한 관심을 가지신 분
• 꼼꼼한 성격과 숫자 매칭시 뛰어난 분별력을 바탕으로 신속하고 정확하게 업무 수행이 가능한 자 
• 엑셀을 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 자 (매크로 및 함수 사용 우수자 우대) 
• 다중 업무 진행(Multi-Tasking)이 가능하고 신속하고 정확하게 증권/자금 업무 수행이 가능한 자

Skills and Experience

• Financial market에서 일해본 경험을 바탕으로 금융 상품 및 결제 업무의 전반적인 프로세스에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분  
• 적극적이고 유연한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖추신 분
