Key Responsibilities

증권업무부에서 계좌관리업무 담당자는 아래의 역할을 수행합니다. 

• 외국인 투자자의 국내 증권 투자와 관련된 각종 사전 작업 이행 (외국인 투자자의 한국 주식 투자를 위한 증권투자 전용 계좌 개설 및 각종 data set-up)
• 고객들을 대행하여 증권사에 계좌개설 서류 전송
• 외국인 투자자를 위한 제한세율 신청서 관련 업무
• 상기 업무 등과 관련하여 외국인 고객들 과의 커뮤니케이션 및 금융감독원과의 커뮤니케이션

<주요업무>

• 외국인기관투자자의Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) 관련서류확인 및 감독기관에 투자 등록증 변경신청
• 외국인기관투자자의IRC/LEI 계좌개설서류 확인 및 보관
• 외국인기관투자자의 증권투자전용계좌개설
• 외국인기관투자자의 제한세율 신청서 및 관련서류 확인 및 처리
• 증권사에 외국인 기관투자자의 계좌개설을 위한IRC/LEI 확인및계좌개설서류제공
• 주식 채권 등 증권 및 종가 업데이트
• 외국인계좌개설관련 감독기관 및 국세청 등에 제출할 리포트작성 및 서류작업수행

Qualifications

필수적으로 아래 요건을 갖추셔야 합니다.

• 학사 이상 졸업자
• 업무수행에 필요한 글로벌 커뮤니케이션(영어 의사소통)이 가능한 자
• MS OFFICE 사용이 가능한 자 

Skills and Experience

• 엑셀을 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 자 (매크로 및 함수 사용 우수자 우대)
