Key Responsibilities

• 불일치 내역 발생 시, 이를 확인하여 보완 및 수정을 선행한 후 결제를 수행합니다.
• 고객 계좌의 잔고를 확인하고 당일 소요되는 모든 입금 및 지급 내역을 파악하여 계좌의 잔고를 추정 및 보고합니다.
• 자금 부족이 예상되는 경우, 환전을 통한 자금 확보를 수행합니다.
• 업무 처리를 위해 증권사 및 한국예탁결제원 등과 커뮤니케이션 합니다.
• 고객 앞 약속된 보고서 발송 및 직접적으로 고객의 질의에 응대합니다.
• 자금결제 관련 이체 (선물/주식/ 채권 결제) 하여 업무처리를 할 수 있어야 합니다.

Qualifications

• 비거주 외국인 기관투자자와의 증권 결제 관련 업무 관련 이메일 커뮤니케이션과 실시간 전화 상담이 정확하게 가능한 영어 의사 소통 능력을 보유하신 분
• Financial markets 상품에 대한 기본 지식을 가진 자 또는 상당한 관심을 가지신 분

Skills and Experience

• 주식 및 채권 시장 결제업무에 경험을 가지신 분
• 엑셀(매크로 및 함수)을 능숙하게 다루시는 분 신속하고 정확하게 업무 수행이 가능하신 분
• UI/ BOK wire 등을 통한 자금 송금 및 수취 처리 경력을 가지신 분
