Key Responsibilities

증권업무부에서 주식대차거래 담당자는 아래의 역할을 수행합니다. 

• 기관 투자자로부터 발송된 지시서와 국내 거래 당사자(증권사) 혹은 다른 외국인 기관 투자자의 대리인과 거래 내역을 매칭하여 불일치 여부를 확인합니다. 
• 불일치 발생 시 이를 확인하여 보완 및 수정 조치 후, 결제를 진행합니다. 
• 업무 처리를 위하여 외국인 고객, 국내증권사 그리고 증권 대차 중개기관과 수시로 논의를 하며 업무를 진행합니다.  
• 외국인 기관투자자의 대차포지션에서 발생한 배당, 이자, 단주, 청약 등의 권리관리 업무 및 관련 금액의 처리를 담당합니다. 
• 환매조건부 채권매매(REPO) 및 장외파생담보(개시 및 변동증거금) 업무를 처리합니다. 
• 고객 앞 약속된 보고서의 발송 및 대차관련 고객의 질의에 응대하는 업무를 수행합니다. 

Qualifications

필수적으로 아래 요건을 갖추셔야 합니다.

• 학사 이상 졸업자
• 비거주 외국인 기관투자자와의 증권 결제 관련 업무 관련 이메일 커뮤니케이션과 실시간 전화 상담이 정확하게 가능한 영어 의사 소통 능력을 보유한 자 
• Financial markets 상품에 대한 기본 지식을 가진 자 또는 상당한 관심을 가진 자 
• 자금결제업무에 경험을 가진 자(우대) 
• 꼼꼼한 성격과 숫자 매칭시 뛰어난 분별력을 바탕으로 신속하고 정확하게 업무 수행이 가능한 자 
• 엑셀을 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 자 (매크로 및 함수 사용 우수자 우대) 
• 다중 업무 진행(Multi-Tasking)이 가능하고 신속하고 정확하게 증권/자금 업무 수행이 가능한 자
