Key Responsibilities

• Financing Solutions팀의 Junior Transactor 로써 인수금융 및 구조화금융 기회를 발굴하고 고객과 접촉하여 Financing Mandate을 수임하는 것을 보조합니다.
• 인수금융, 구조화금융 등 특수여신 취급을 위한 Credit Workshopping Memo, BCA, Information Memo 작성, Modelling 등 각종 관련 업무를 수행합니다.
• 고객의 신용상태와 동향을 모니터링/분석하고, 이를 관련부서와 협의/보고하는 등의 협업을 통해 포트폴리오의 높은 수준의 Hygiene(포트폴리오 관리, Operational Risk, Credit Risk 등 포함)을 유지합니다.
• 은행 내부 Relationship Managers 및 Product Partners 들과의 긴밀한 업무 협조를 합니다.
• RM, 고객, Operation, 리스크, 법무팀, 준법감시팀 등과의 접점으로서의 역할을 수행합니다.
• 각종 리스크 관련 규정 및 그룹 정책, Policy를 준수합니다.

Skills and Experience

• 투자금융부 업무 전반에 대한 관심과 이해를 가지고 있으며, 동 분야에서 커리어 개발에 관심 보유자
• 회계, 산업 및 고객신용분석 및 구조화금융 상품에 대한 폭 넓은 이해 및 관심 보유자
• MS 관련 소프트웨어(엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트)에 능통하며 높은 수준의 (영)문서작성 능력을 보유자
• 금융권 근무 경험 또는 금융 관련 자격증 보유자

Qualifications

• 현재 기준 학사 이상 졸업(완료)자 
• 글로벌 환경에서의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 (국어/영어) 능력을 보유자
