Key Responsibilities

한국스탠다드차타드증권("SC증권") Capital Markets부에서 DCM(Debt Capital Market) 거래 자문 관련 프로세스 담당 직원은 아래와 같은 업무를 수행하게 됩니다.

SC증권 Capital Market 담당으로 DCM 거래 프로세스 관련 모든 업무를 담당합니다.

• 고객을 유치하고 관리합니다.
• 시장을 분석하고 업데이트 자료를 작성합니다.
• Pitch 자료를 작성합니다.
• DCM딜 프로세스 및 관련 컴플라이언스를 관리합니다.
• 기업가치를 평가하고 기업 실사를 수행합니다.

Skills and Experience

• MS Office 및 Bloomberg활용능력 우수자
• 문제해결 능력 및 의사소통 능력 보유자

Qualifications

성공적인 업무 수행을 위해 필수적으로 아래 요건이 필요합니다.

• 현재 기준 학사 이상 졸업자
• 국제적인 업무 환경에서의 커뮤니케이션능력 보유자
