Key Responsibilities

  • 고객 Needs에 기반한 Business opportunities 발굴 및 거래실행
  • 할당받은 특정 포트폴리오에 대해서 직접적인 책임을 지고, 관련 TB Product에 대한 영업활동 수행
  • 제반규정을 준수하면서 일일 업무수행에 대한 효율성 제고
  • 각종 TB Product 상품 관련 규정 및 그룹 정책 및 연관 Policy의 준수
  • 은행 내의 각종 지원부서 및 Product & RM 과의 협업을 통해 직접적인 영업지원 제공의 주요 책임을 담당하고 수익 증대를 위해 공동의 책임을 부담
  • 정규 한도(regular limits)의 사용률이 높은 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 고객 및 RM과 적극적으로 연계하여 업무

Skills and Experience

  • Transaction Banking 업무 경력자 우대
  • 영어 능력 우수자 우대 (이메일, 컨퍼런스콜)
  • 원만한 대인 관계 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 소유자
  • 대기업 고객 network 소유자 우대

Qualifications

  • 원활한 대/내외 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유한 자
  • 전반적인 은행업무에 대한 지식 및 스킬 소유자
  • 고객 중심의 빠른 업무처리능력과 원만한 대인관계를 보유한 자
  • 고객의 니즈에 맞춰 신속/정확하게 적절한 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 문제해결 능력을 보유한 자
  • MS 관련 소프트웨어(엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트)에 능통하며 높은 수준의 문서작성 능력을 보유한 자
  • TB Group과의 소통을 위한 영어 능력 보유자
