Key Responsibilities

• RM, 고객, CRC, 법무팀, 준법감시팀 등과의 접점으로서의 역할을 수행함으로써 직접적인 영업(sales) 지원(예: 고객, CRC, 법무팀, 준법감시팀과의 업무 교류를 통한 문서화, 보고) 제공의 주요 책임을 담당합니다.
• 정규 한도(regular limits)의 사용률이 높은 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 고객 및 product partners와 적극적으로 연계하고 고객 동향을 분석하고 보고합니다.
• 표준 문서에 대해 계약조건(T&C) 예외적용과 같은 문서 이슈들을 해결하기 위해 L&C, CRC, 고객들과 연계업무를 함에 있어 RM을 지원합니다.
• 문서 미비사항이 최소한으로 존재하는지 (DDR, GDR 등에 의해 반영된 대로)와 적기에 미비사항이 보완되었는지 확인한다.
• FEDS/MUREX ID 및 ISDA 요청을 셋업하기 위해 FM과 협업합니다.
• 포트폴리오 내 높은 수준의 hygiene(OR, 포트폴리오 관리, credit risk 등 포함)을 유지합니다.
• Field Account Manager (FAM), Regional Account Manager (RAM), product partner와 협력, 소통해 고객에게 SCB 플랫폼 세일즈를 진행합니다.
• 제공 Product 및 Limit을 적정하게 관리, 유지하기 위해 고객의 신용상태를 긴밀히 모니터링합니다.
• 각종 리스크를 관리하고 관련 법규, 그룹정책과 규정 및 은행의 브랜드, 문화, 규범 등을 준수합니다.

Skills and Experience

• 탁월한 영업전략 수립/관리 능력 및 조직 이해/관리 능력을 보유하신 분
• 고객의 정확한 needs를 파악하고 해당하는 GAM/Product partner/Operation/L&C/CRC등 다양한 부서와의 업무 경력이 있는 분
• 조직 이해/관리 능력을 가지고 팀원 및 유관부서와의 협업에 능하신 분
• 신용 분석 및 리스크 관리 능력을 보유하신 분
• 고객의 Needs에 신속하고 정확하게 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
• 영어 또는 중국어에 능숙하고 글로벌기업고객에 대한 영업 경험을 보유하였거나 또는 경험을 희망하는 분

Qualifications

• 현재 기준 학사 이상 졸업(완료)
• ARM 및 Coverage 경험 또는 유사한 경험이 있는 분
• 뱅킹 경력 5년 이상 또는 그에 준하는 적정한 스킬 및 지식 보유분
• 글로벌 환경에서의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
• International Corporate Korea에서 front line Relationship Manager로서의 경력 개발을 희망하는 분
