Key Responsibilities

- 소송업무의 수행: 소장, 답변서 및 준비서면 작성, 변론기일 출석, 소송수행자료 관리

- 법무질의 회신, 계약서 검토 및 관련 회의 참석: 영업점을 비롯 은행 유관부서에서 제기하는 법무질의에 대한 회신 및 은행이 당사자가 되는 각종 계약서 검토

- 법규 및 주요 판례수집, 분석: 전문분야 (은행법, 주택임대차보호법, 민사집행법, 채무자회생법 등 관련 법규 업데이트 상황 점검 및 관련 주요판례 수집, 분석의견 작성

- 소속 부서가 담당하는 규정 및 준칙 관리

- 기타 부서장이 업무상 정당한 범위 내에서 요청하는 업무

Skills and Experience

- 영문계약서를 비롯 영문서류 검토 및 영어회의 참여 능력 우대

- 금융기관 근무경력 우대

- 원만한 대인관계

 

Qualifications

- 현재 기준 국내변호사 자격 소유자

- 변호사 경력 3년 이상의 적정한 스킬 및 지식 보유자
